Getting Physicians More Involved

As clinical integration becomes the mantra of health care, many more physician leaders are needed. Moreover many of them will come from the rank of full time clinicians. Earlier career clinicians also need to shoulder some leadership activity. This program will address the steps needed to enlist more physicians in leadership roles to facilitate the implementation of clinical integration practices.
