Advanced Workshop
Developing Your Own Exceptional Leadership Competencies
In this 3-hour workshop, participants learn about the leadership competency theory, which many believe is the most effective and expedient method of developing leadership skills. Participants explore this theory and 16 critical leadership competencies. They have an opportunity to evaluate their own strengths and focus on opportunities for self-improvement. This workshop will help leaders to not only improve their own leadership competencies but also to build strong, dynamic teams that support their institution and healthcare agenda.
